I process certain personal data for the provision of services and the operation of the website. I store all data in accordance with applicable Czech law on the processing of personal data. Furthermore, I store all data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”).
As your data controller, I am responsible for the data you have entrusted to me. I can decide how your personal data is processed, for what purpose, for how long and, where appropriate, choose other processors to help me process or protect your personal data.

Personal data processing
- Processing of personal data in the event of an enquiry via the contact form, by e-mail or by telephone
If you are enquiring about my services, I will work with the contact details you provide to me via an enquiry form, e-mail, or telephone enquiry. These are: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, information about the type of service you are interested in, and any other information regarding the provision of services that you write on the contact form or e-mail enquiry or tell me during the phone call.

Based on the information you provide, I will contact you so that we can further discuss the provision of services.
- Based on what legal grounds?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — to comply with my legal obligations.
- For how long do I process your personal data?
If we do not continue to work together, I will process your data for a maximum of one year from the date of our last communication.
- Processing personal data when providing services
When I provide my services to you, I will work with the information you provide. This is mainly invoicing information: name of the person or company to whom the invoice is to be issued, home or registered office address, telephone number, e-mail address, VAT number of the company and whether it is a VAT payer, nature and specification of the services provided, price, scope, and frequency of the services, bank details or signature.
- For what reason?
I need to process your personal data in order to fulfil our contract and provide you with our services. I will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, complaints, or queries.
Furthermore, I will process personal data to comply with my legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes or to deal with complaints, etc.) and to protect my legitimate interests (e.g. to recover unpaid services or to register debtors).
- What is the legal basis for processing personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — to comply with my legal obligations.
- For how long do I process personal data?
For the period of the provision of the service and thereafter for a period of 5 years from the last time the service was provided or for such period as may be prescribed by law.
- Newsletters (business correspondence)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out at the time of purchase, I will use your e-mail address to send you newsletters.
- Based on what legal grounds?
Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain Information Society Services allows me to do so, unless you prohibited me from doing so at the time of purchase.
- For how long do I process personal data?
Five years since your last purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing me or contacting me by e-mail: martinaliskov@gmail.com.
Who can access the data?
I only process personal data within the European Union. Your information will remain with me only, as I have no other collaborators or employees. I will treat your information as my own. I will do my best to protect it. Therefore, I have taken all possible technical and organisational measures to prevent the misuse, damage, or destruction of your personal data.
As the controller, I may disclose your personal data to the following third parties: public authorities, external providers of accounting and tax advisory services, external providers of web, cloud, or IT services that I use to operate my business and to facilitate and improve my services.
Use of cookies
Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded to your device when you visit my website. Cookies are then sent back to the website or another website that recognises them on each subsequent visit.

The GDPR gives you the right to contact me to request information about what personal data I process, to request access to that data and to update or rectify it, or to request a restriction on processing, to request a copy of the personal data processed, to request that I delete your personal data in certain situations, and to request data portability in certain cases. You may object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest.
If you believe that I am not handling the data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority or to pursue your claims through the courts. However, I would be grateful if you could inform me first so that I can correct any wrongdoing.
